Is Flo free?
Yes. Every server gets a free plan with no trial, no expiry and no credit card. It includes 5 AI uses a week, AI Builder previews, automod and phishing link blocking, tickets, welcome messages, logging, reaction roles, 5 custom commands, 1 sticky message, temporary voice channels and hacked-account alerts.
What does Flo Pro cost?
Pro is $5.99 a month, or $59.99 a year (about $5.00 a month, roughly 2 months free). It lets you build a whole server with the AI Builder and adds automatic hacked-account and scam protection, scam image detection, tripwire trap channels and 75 AI uses a month. It also raises the limits to 25 custom commands, 20 sticky messages and 5 join-to-create channels, and adds private voice rooms, custom room names, welcome and leave DMs, ticket auto-close and the YouTube Shorts filter.
What does Ultra cost?
Ultra is $19.99 a month, or $199.99 a year. It is everything in Pro, plus the highest AI allowance, 10 join-to-create channels and 200 voice rooms.
How do AI uses work?
Free servers get 5 AI uses a week. Pro servers get 75 a month. Ultra has the highest allowance.
How do I add Flo to my server?
Click Add to Discord on this site, choose your server, and approve the permissions. You need the Manage Server permission on that server to add a bot. Then configure Flo in the dashboard at dashboard.flobot.pro, or mention it in a channel and tell it what you want.
What permissions does Flo need?
Flo asks only for the specific permissions it needs, and they are selected for you on the invite screen. They cover what the AI assistant does (creating channels, roles and permission overwrites) and what moderation does (deleting messages, timing members out and banning). Flo’s own role also has to sit above any role you want it to assign or moderate, because Discord does not let a bot manage roles higher than its own.
Is Flo safe to add?
Flo is built around showing its work. The AI assistant shows you the full plan and changes nothing until you confirm, and every moderation action is logged. Flo does not store the content of messages in your server for analytics. As with any bot, only add bots you trust, and keep Administrator on your human staff limited to people you trust completely.
Does Flo read or store my server’s messages?
Automod has to look at messages as they are posted to catch scams and spam, but Flo does not store message content for analytics. Text you send to the AI assistant is processed by Flo’s AI providers, including Anthropic, to answer your request. The privacy policy at flobot.pro/privacy lists exactly what is stored for each server.
Will the AI change my server without asking?
No. When you ask for something, Flo replies with a checklist of every action it plans to take. Nothing runs until you confirm, and then each action is ticked off as it completes.
Can I use the AI server builder on the Free plan?
You can describe a server and preview Flo’s draft on the Free plan. Building the draft into your server needs Pro or Ultra.
Does Flo stop hacked accounts from posting scam links?
On Pro and Ultra, yes. Flo’s automatic hacked-account protection spots a hacked account posting scam links or scam images, deletes the messages and can time the account out, and you choose the response. Free servers get hacked-account alerts and phishing link blocking.
Can Flo replace MEE6, Dyno or Carl-bot?
For moderation, automod, tickets, welcome messages and reaction roles, often yes. Each of those bots has its own strengths, such as MEE6’s leveling or Carl-bot’s reaction-role depth, so check the features you rely on. The comparison pages for MEE6, Dyno and Carl-bot go through it honestly.
How do I cancel Pro or Ultra?
Log in to the dashboard at dashboard.flobot.pro, open the Billing tab for your server and click Manage Subscription. You can cancel any time.
What happens to my server if I cancel?
You keep your plan’s features until the end of the period you paid for. Then the server drops back to Free with all its settings intact, and everything in the Free plan keeps working.
